Booking Information

- Walk-ins as Ready-for-Carriage

Delivery Time
Timely delivery commitments:
- General Cargo: Arrival+2 Hours
- Perishable, Valuable, FAC, Express, Dry Ice, Human Remains: Arrival+1 hour
Pick-Up Location
Consignees can collect shipments from the cargo office by visiting with a valid ID proof. Authorized representatives must carry an authorization letter and a valid government ID.
Lost or Missing Shipments
- Missing shipments are recorded, and a short landing certificate is issued after 21 days of short delivery.
- In case of visible damage, inform the carrier upon delivery.
Pet Transportation
Vistara does not provide services for carrying pets.
Booking Criteria
- Cargo must be delivered to the cargo terminal 3 hours before the flight.
- Secure packing of all contents.
- Valid government photo ID proof is required for the consignee.
