• Composed of 11 to 15 members, the board serves as the decision-making body of Chunghwa Post, operating in accordance with legal regulations and the corporation’s articles of incorporation.
• A board secretariat manages administrative tasks related to board affairs.

2. Supervisors:

• Three supervisors oversee corporate finance and business operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies.

3. President and Vice Presidents:

• The president, in alignment with legal and corporate guidelines, manages overall business operations and supervises all departments and staff.
• Assisting the president are four vice presidents, three assistant presidents, and a chief secretary.

4. Chief Risk Officer:
