This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and procedures governing the shipping and delivery of products purchased on the Reliance Digital Platform.
Terms of Shipping and Delivery
- Logistic Partners: We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers to manage the shipping and delivery of products purchased on the Reliance Digital Platform. The details of the Logistic Partner responsible for processing the delivery will be provided to you at the time of order processing.
- Dispatch Timelines: The standard dispatch timelines are based on the delivery pin code. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed on the ‘Product Detail Page’ upon entering the relevant pin code.
- Unserviceable Areas: While we aim to deliver products across India, certain areas may be deemed unserviceable for delivery. We reserve the right to determine such areas and may notify users during order placement.
- User Information: To ensure timely delivery, we may collect specific information from you, including name, address, contact details, etc. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to facilitate delivery.
- Delivery Attempts: Our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a return.
- Delivery Delays: Delays in delivery may occur due to logistical issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any delays.
- Liability: We are not liable for acts or omissions of delivery personnel. Any issues arising between you and delivery personnel must be resolved independently.
- Tracking: Upon order processing, you will receive a unique tracking identity number to track the status of your delivery. While we make efforts to ensure real-time tracking updates, inconsistencies may arise due to technical reasons.
- Package Inspection: You must verify the package upon delivery. Do not accept visibly damaged or tampered packages. Acceptance of such packages may disqualify you from return claims.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees may be charged based on various factors. These fees are non-refundable except in certain circumstances outlined in our policy.
- Title and Risk: Title and risk of products pass to you upon delivery.
- Returns: Returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners in accordance with our Cancellation and Return Policy.
