You can track your Cubelelo order using your order number. Visit the Cubelelo website and find the “Track Order” link. Enter your registered email address and the order number you received after your purchase. The system will show your order’s current status and a tracking number for the courier partner. You can use this tracking number on the courier company’s website for more detailed, live updates on your shipment’s location.
How to Cancel an Order on Cubelelo
You can cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Log into your Cubelelo account on their website. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel. If the order is still in a “Confirmed” or “Processing” state, a cancel option should be available. If you cannot find the option or the order has already shipped, you must contact customer care immediately for assistance. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

To log in, go to the Cubelelo website. Click on the “Account” icon located at the top right corner of the homepage. Enter your registered email address and password to access your account. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it via email.

Cubelelo Return Policy
Cubelelo has a return and replacement policy for defective or damaged products. You must initiate a return request within a few days of delivery (check their website for the exact number of days, typically 3-7). The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. For “Wordy” puzzles, the shrink wrap must be unbroken. Contact customer care via email or phone to start the return process. They will provide instructions and, upon inspection, process a replacement or refund.
