• 1997: Pilot Public-Private Partnership with the Government of India.
• 1999: Commencement of operations at Nhava Sheva International Container Terminal (NSICT).
• 2001: Addition of Chennai Container Terminal (CCT) to our portfolio.
• 2003: Commencement of operations at Mundra International Container Terminal (MICT) in Gujarat.
• 2005: Setup of India’s first and only transshipment terminal at the port of Kochi.
• 2007: Investment in BLC rakes for integrated supply chain solutions.
• 2013: Expansion at JNPT, Mumbai, with the Nhava Sheva (India) Gateway Terminal (NSIGT).
• 2017: Handling of 50 million TEUs of cargo; creation of Hindustan Ports Private Limited (HPPL).
• 2018: Creation of Hindustan Infralog Private Limited (HIPL) for logistics sector development; acquisition of Continental Warehousing Corporation Nhava Sheva Limited (CWCNSL) and others.
• 2019: Acquisition of a 76% stake in Kribhco Infrastructure Limited (KRIL) in India.
• 2020: Entry into new business segments with Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, and Domestic Rail services.
• 2021: Launch of the digital logistics platform CARGOES.com.
• 2022: Extension of partnership with the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), making it a shareholder in HPPL.
